Happy Republic Day! 🙂 I didn’t know this day existed until today. This is one thing about blogging that I love – learning new things through blogging friends. 🙂

It’s amazing how we can be unaware of what people outside our own country know. I often assume that UK traditions are well-known. Not always!

btw, what does ‘Maa Tujhe Salaam’ mean. I remember being in Jaipur and riding and elephant and seeing those beautiful camels. Ohhhhh, how I’d love to go back.

‘Maa Tujhe Salaam’ means ‘We salute you Mother (or Motherland).’ Maa is for Mother. Tujhe is you and Salaam is a salute. 🙂
Even I love camel rides and elephant ones. Jaipur is a really beautiful city. Hope you’ll come back soon!
